Is it me, or is the Christmas season starting really early this year? We took advantage of the fantastic weather and put up the lights on the house this afternoon. Our neighbors looked at us like we were nuts. They probably think we are the Griswolds brought to life. Although, there was a highlight; as Marc was on the ladder and I was supervising, an elderly lady walked by and proceeded to belch really loudly, then stop dead in her tracks and stare at us for about 2 minutes (which is a long time to hang around watching a neighbor, when you think about it).
Anyway, I'm almost done with shopping this year. Hooray for the internet and the .83 exchange rate!
I refuse to use this weblog as a political rant, but this is funny. A bit of subversive apparel to wear while writing angry letters to the government under a bare lightbulb in the basement. I'm allowed, I'm American.
